This beautiful, double-sided, 5-drawer desk was manufactured mid-century by the Sligh Lowry Furniture Company. The left side of the desk has a false facade. It is actually a cabinet with one removable interior shelf. The right side is a set of functioning drawers. The drawers are solidly constructed with dovetail joints. The metal pulls and capped feet on this piece have a nice natural patina. The built-in bookshelf on the opposite side of the desk is a great spot for additional storage. This piece measures: 50"W x 27"D x 30"H.

It is all about the bling on this dresser! Its brand new brass pulls are stunning! This vintage chest was manufactured mid-century. We chose it because we loved the simplicity of its lines. It truly was a blank canvas. It was even missing its legs when we purchased it! This piece measures: 71 1/2"W x 18 1/2"D x 33 1/4"H.

Hi Friends! Phil and I were recently interviewed by Salt & Grove for a "Meet The Maker" blog series that they are posting periodically for the artists whose work they love and have chosen to feature in their boutique. If you'd like to learn more about our crazy life and how we operate, here is a link to the article:
Phil and I collaborated with a fellow cabinet maker to design and build this pair of mid-century inspired nightstands. They are very solid pieces made from recycled materials. The nightstands feature two drawers, vintage brass drawer pulls, and hand-turned tapered wooden legs. The white finish is a satin lacquer. Each chest measures: 22"W x 16"D x 24"H. They can be purchased individually, or as a pair at Salt & Grove, an artisan boutique, located at 22 Liberty Street in Newburyport, MA.
We are loving this newbie! This vintage dresser was manufactured mid-century. It has beautiful original polished brass drawer hardware and brass leg caps. The three middle drawers (running horizontally) are quite deep. This piece measures: 66"W x 19"D x 32"H.

This sleek white + wood triple dresser was manufactured in 1966 by the Ward Furniture Manufacturing Company. We love the clean lines, uniquely sculpted wooden drawer pulls, and beautiful wood grain. We restored the wooden surfaces, and refinished the outer laminate surfaces. This piece measures: 62"W x 17 3/4"D x 30"H.

Lauren painted this large-scale monochromatic portrait during the winter of 2017. It features Vivien Leigh (also known as Lady Olivier). Leigh was a British stage and film actress. Her most popular roles were Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind (1939), and Blanche Dubois in A Streetcar Named Desire (1951). This portrait was done with acrylic paint on a deep-edge, stretched linen canvas. The canvas measures: 36"W x 2"D x 24"H.
This vintage chest of drawers features a beautiful wood top, a detachable mirror, glass knobs, and casters. It is unmarked, so we do not know the manufacturer, but this piece is very well made. The drawers are big and clean, and they slide well. This piece measures: 42"W x 21"D x 37"-71"H.
